How does it work?
The M3i system is based on dial around system where end users use an access number and PIN to make long distance calls. We provide you with an access number on which you could upload an advertisement. We also supply you with PIN’s which you include with your marketing material to prospective customers. When a prospective customer dials the access number, they will have to hear you advertisement prior to dialing their PIN and long distance number. It is that simple.
How do I distribute the PINS's?
Below are a few ways:
1) Combine the PIN's with any print or electronic marketing.
2) Handout at community events or festivals
3) Announce special offers/promotional codes
4) Obtain leads-Ideal for new companies trying to enter ethnic markets
Are there any geographic restriction?
No. With the M3i Platform, you can deploy this marketing technique in any city in North America and target the audience you want in the locality you want in the language you want.
How does this compare to other forms of marketing?
1) More exposure. Unlike flyers and email marketing, a user who dials the access number will repeatedly hear your message.
2) No dollars wasted. Unlike flyers and email marketing, PIN's that are not used up do not end up in the garbage. They can be reused in other campaigns.
3) Can target marketing to aspecific community (Hispanic, Indian, Chinese, etc)
Who creates the advertising message?
You can create the message yourself or by using a professional service. The message can be in any language. The onlyrestriction on the advertisement is that the file to be uploaded should be in .WAV file and should be in PCM format with 8000 Hz, 16 Bit Mono format. The maximum file size allowed is 1 Mega Byte (Approximately 1 minute of recording). We can direct you to professional message recording services if required.
Can I change the uploaded message once the campaign starts?
Yes you can replace the uploaded message as you require.
How many ads will be played on a PIN?
Only your ad will be played on your access number. The number of times an ad plays depends on few factors For example if you are targeting an Indian community and the rate to India is 3 cents/minute a $1.00 PIN would give a prospective userl get about 33 minutes of talk time. If the call length is restricted to 5 minutes, this will ensure the user hears the message at least 6 times before the minutes on the PIN run out. There is flexibility in some of the variable and we can work with you to optimize the number of time the advertisement plays.
