Phone to Phone
To make Long Distances calls using land line or mobile phone, follow the simple steps below.
Local Access
1. Dial the Local Access Number (For example in Toronto, Canada 1-416-628-2167 ).
2. Follow the voice instruction. You will be prompted to enter your PIN and your destination phone number.
Toll Free Access
1. Dial the Toll Free Access Number (For example in North America 1-888-440-5987 ).
2. Follow the voice instruction. You will be prompted to enter your PIN and your destination phone number.

Travelling?
Use the following two methods to save on long ditance while travelling
Calling Card Service
1. Dial
Toll Free or Local Access number (For example in London, UK 08000284963)
2. Follow the voice instruction to Enter your PIN and your destination number.
i) For calls within US, Canada and Caribbean dial 1 + area code + number + #
ii) For international calls dial country code + number + #
iii) To place another call press **
iv) To redial the last number press 99#
v) To exit the system press ## or just hang up
No Toll Free Access number for the Country you are visitng? No Problem. Use the method below to make calls wherever you are.
Callback International Access
1. Dial the Callback Access Number from the Country you are visting (For example 1-416-628-2169).
2. Hang up when you hear the beep sound or ring
3. You will receive an immediate callback on your phone.
4. Answer and follow the voice instructions to enter your PIN and destination number
*Important Notes:
1. Callback Access Number: When dialing your Callback Access Number if you are located outside North America, make sure you include the international dial prefix, usually 00+.
2. Destination Number: When entering or dialing your destination number, dial 1+ for US/Canada/Caribbean, dial 011+ for all international numbers.
3. PIN Skip: After the fist call, the system will register your caller ID. If you call from your registered number, you are not required to enter the PIN, the system will recognize your caller ID and ask for Destination Number.
4. Recall: To make another call without hanging up, just enter **.
5. Redial: To redial the last number, enter 99.
6. Speed Dial: To use speed dial, enter your Two digit speed dial number. Example: 03, will dial the number save in 03.
7. To exit the system press ## or just hang up
8. To enter into administration menu enter 999# and then enter your admin PIN followed by #. Administration menu will allow you to change your call back no, change your 4 digit pin and check your balance.
