How long does it take to open an account?
From the time you signup on line, your account will be activated with in 24 hours. A customer service associate will call you to verify your account details. If you do not receive any confirmation of your account activation within this time period, please call customer service.
How can i check my usage history?
Checking usage history is a simple process
Click on 'Client Login' from top right Quick Links
Enter your Username/Password
Click on 'Call Details'
Choose the date range for the history
Click on 'View Call Detail'
What's my Account Balance?
Your account balance can be viewed in online. To view the account balance, Log in to your account using the Client Login quick link on the top right hand corner of the page.
Is there another way to submit my credit card information?
Yes! You can always call us 1-888-471-9675 to open an account and submit your credit card information over the phone. At M3i Telecom, we use the latest in encryption technology to ensure the security of the information you submit through our website.
How does the auto recharge feature work?
On select products, your credit card will be automatically charged to top up your account balance when it reaches a set minimum to maintain a positive account balance. A positive account balance is required to place calls using any product. With the auto recharge option, you do not need to monitor your account balance all the time.
Do you provide an auto recharge option for all accounts?
The auto recharge option is only available on business accounts at this time. For residential accounts, you can top-up your account balance by contacting a customer service associate.
Do I need to always enter in the PIN before I make calls?
No, you only need to enter in the PIN the first time you place a call using the access number provided. Our system will then register both your phone number and the PIN to make the call. On subsequent attempts, you will be directed to only dial your destination number after dialling the access number.
How many phone numbers can I register?
You can register up to 5 different phone numbers this. For each phone numbers you want registered, you will have to follow the steps described in the Answer to Question 5. Alternatively, you can sign into your account and register your phone numbers.
Do I always need to dial the access number after registering my phone number?
Yes! You must ALWAYS dial the access number to by pass your phone or cellular carrier. By dialling the access number, you will divert the billing of your call to M3i Telecom as opposed to your phone or cellular carrier. Placing long distance calls without using the access number will result in you being billed by your phone or cellular carrier.
Can I use my account to make call when travelling?
Yes, you may place call while your are travelling internationally. All you have to do is dial the toll free access number from which your are calling and use your PIN. Please note, these call will be charged at a different rate than when using a local access number. In addition, for countries that are not listed you can try our “Call Back” feature
